These are fibres, not paint. They attach to the hair you still have and the fine baby hairs along your part, so light stops reaching the scalp. That is all "thicker" ever meant to the eye.

Honest about the limits
Densify covers thinning. It does not regrow hair and it will not cover a fully bald area with no hair to bind to.

"There's no real applicator you have to kind of shake the plastic thing with holes into your hair. The fibers don't actually attach to the grays, but they do get all in your pores on your forehead and your nose pores. Also, the fibers attach to your nose hair. Comes off on clothing."

No. The fibres bind to hair, not skin. Shade-matched, they read as your own hair in daylight — the puff applicator keeps the application light and even.
Which shade if I'm partly grey?
Pick the shade of your lengths, not your roots. Grey blends best when the fibres match the hair around the part. If you're mostly silver, choose Grey.
Will it rub off on pillows or collars?
It stays put through wind and light rain once patted in. Heavy rain, heavy sweat or rubbing will move it — it's cosmetic, and it washes out with one shampoo.
Does it help hair grow back?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Densify conceals thinning cosmetically. Nothing more, nothing less.
