Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any item, used or not. We would rather you try the product properly than baby it.

How to start a return

1. Email support@verawell.shop with your order number and what didn't work.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label or, for inexpensive items, we may simply refund you without asking for the item back.
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving (or immediately when no return is needed).

Exchanges

Wrong shade or size? Contact us first — exchanges ship faster than refund-and-reorder, and shade swaps on Densify Hair Fibres are free.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at no cost, no return required.

What we can't accept

Returns started more than 30 days after delivery, or items damaged by misuse. That's the whole list.
