How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days of processing plus 6–12 business days in transit. Tracking is emailed automatically.
Can I change my address after ordering?

Returns & Refunds
What's the return window?
30 days from delivery, used or not. Details in our Refund Policy.
How fast are refunds?
5–7 business days after the return arrives — sometimes instantly when we don't need the item back.
Wrong shade or size?
Contact us first. Exchanges ship faster than refunds, and Densify shade swaps are free.
Products
Are your products medical devices or treatments?
No. Everything here is a comfort or cosmetic product. Each product page states clearly what it does and doesn't do — including a "skip it if" section.
Do the hair fibres regrow hair?
No. They cosmetically conceal thinning and wash out with shampoo.
Do the compression gloves treat arthritis?
No — they warm and support your hands, which many people with stiff joints find comfortable.
